This summer, I am going abroad for the third time after my trips to Dubai and Bali and my week in Berlin. I took two and a half weeks off to be able to travel, but what will my destination be? In this article, I will talk about this subject and also tell you about a contest organized by CupNation.fr
Where would you like to go?
I have a few destinations in mind and I will share them with you.
- Montreal, Toronto, and New York: the reasons pushing me to go to Montreal are that I have family there and I also have some friends who have settled there for a few months, so that gives me an excuse to go, as I’ve wanted to go for a while. The downside is that these are just big cities and it’s less exotic than the other two choices.
- Moscow, St Petersburg, and Tallinn: Eastern countries have always intrigued me and I have to go there one day to see life there. The advantage is that the plane ticket and daily life are cheaper. The downside is that since I really like talking with people, it will quickly frustrate me not to be able to speak Russian and that they don’t understand English (to be checked).
- Peru: It is one of my childhood dreams to go to Peru, just like when I went to China or to Australia. The advantage is that there are many hikes to do and I love that. The small downside is that I don’t speak Spanish.
So these are the destinations I want to go to in August 2013. I will keep you informed in a few weeks about the route I have chosen. I leave you with a contest.
