Backpackers Sydney for partying.

If you follow my blog, you know that I lived 6 months in Sydney JUST to party and also to live an Australian life because a trip is a whole experience and you don’t really know a country if you only travel!

These 6 months in Sydney were very festive, as evidenced by my many photos in youth hostels partying.

Why is it easier to party in Backpackers Sydney?

• There are other young travelers wanting to have fun.
• The atmosphere makes you socialize with others to party.
• It costs less to party at the hostel especially if you drink goon (4-liter box wine for 12 dollars while a cocktail costs just as much).
• Some hostels have bars in the basement or on the ground floor.
• Young travelers want to forget their country and discover other things.

Note that Anglo-Saxons are the most motivated to party or play “drinking games”.

Backpackers Sydney: The best youth hostels in Sydney for partying!

• The wake up in Sydney, I lived 2 months in this backpacker in different 8-person rooms, it was like my home and even having my own room, I would go back to party there. It’s always very festive on Monday, Wednesday and even more on weekends!

It is one of the largest backpackers in Sydney.

The Wake Up has a bar in the basement, the “side bar,” which hosts live music on Mondays and Wednesdays. It’s a place I couldn’t do without; I spent a lot on drinks there even when having a pre-drink before :D. What is the side? It’s the place where you have the best chance to meet people and start a conversation with the hotel kitchen. There are themed parties every night.

• The Base in Sydney, Base is a bit like Wake Up but with fewer people and it’s less clean but also cheaper :D. That’s normal, quality comes with price. You find the same type of atmosphere in the hotel bar as the side bar but with a few less people, but that doesn’t mean you will have less fun. 😀

• The hostels in Kings Cross, these are the hostels in Sydney’s “Red Light district.” Contrary to what people think, it’s a neighborhood where you feel safe. You also find the cheapest youth hostels in Sydney! Cheaper means poorer backpackers, so travelers who will drink “goon” and party at the hostel and go clubbing afterwards! If you choose to go to this area, there are many bars and clubs in the neighborhood, and it’s a 15-minute walk from downtown Sydney.

• The other youth hostels in the city: in this particular case, I can’t advise anything as it really depends on the people present in the hostel, and there are often curfews for partying, and most of the time, it ends at 10 p.m.!
