So, I have been running this blog for two years, and in this article, I will talk to you about the various trips I have taken over the past two years. I will give some statistics about my blog and also present the contest I am going to organize.

Some statistics on two years of travel advice
This week marks two years since I started this travel blog. Here are some statistics about this blog:
- More than 200 articles since its creation, averaging one article every 3.5 days over two years.
- Over 100,000 unique visitors since the blog’s creation. I have a little over 200 unique visitors per day.
- Just under 700 Facebook fans, 200 Twitter and Google+ followers, but I am not very active on social networks; I plan to improve this in the next 6 months.
I think I can double or even triple these numbers if I become very active on social networks, which is not the case at the moment.
During these two years, I traveled a lot, here are some figures:
- 2012: 50 days abroad (Amsterdam, Vienna, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Beijing, Japan, Germany)
- 2013: 80 days abroad (Germany, Bali, Dubai, Berlin, China, Lisbon, Brazil, Burma)
- Since mid-February 2014: 13 days (Burma, Thailand)
- A total of 144 days out of 700, or just under one day out of five abroad.
I had to take many unpaid days off to reach this number. I think in 2014, I will easily reach more than 150 days abroad since I am starting my world tour in September 2014 and I will be going to Peru and Bolivia at the end of May.
I want to thank the readers; it is thanks to them and the results that I have continued my blog for 2 years. Most bloggers stop their blog less than 6 months after starting. Long live travel advice.
Travel advice blog two-year anniversary contest
This contest will be the first one I organize on the blog, and I hope there will be many more, depending on the number of participants.
