– Go to a Lady Boy Show! What is a Lady boy? It’s a guy who looks like or tries to look like a girl, a crossdresser among others. Thailand is known for its sex tourism with prostitutes but also these lady boys!
You can find a Lady Boy show on some tourist islands like Koh Tao. During this show, all kinds of demonstrations showcase the femininity of these men! You would almost believe they are women.
Something quite disturbing happened during this show! A man accompanied by his sweetheart is chosen by our lady boy friends, he goes alone on stage sitting down and a lady boy starts a strip tease, I’ll spare you the details, the lady boy starts whispering in the man’s ear on stage then kisses him, the man then leaves and kisses his partner and returns on stage for the finale! It was daring, you might say!!
You find Lady Boys everywhere in Thailand so watch out gentlemen, some people don’t look like what they are!! Be careful!!
– Try Thai cuisine, Thai food is especially very spicy, if you are a fan, you will enjoy yourself there! But tourists generally don’t like it too much!
However, I really enjoyed a dish called “PAD THAI” which is a traditional Thai dish made of noodles (pasta), scrambled eggs, peas and tofu. You will find versions with beef, chicken, and seafood!
– Ride a tuk-tuk / Rent a boat in Bangkok / rent a scooter / rent a quad / rent a bike
What’s nice in Thailand is that each city has its own little charm and also its own little means of transportation!
If you visit Bangkok, favor the Tuk tuk to see the city scenery, you will be less bothered by traffic jams, rent a boat to see Bangkok along the Chao Praya river, or take the boat that takes you to all the tourist sites of Bangkok, Chinatown, Koa san Road, the temples.
Come and experience the floating market! It’s something to see 😀
If you are wandering on the islands, favor the scooter, little traffic and saving money, be careful of accidents, it happens so quickly!
– Watch a Thai boxing match, many of you have dreamed of or practiced this sport! Coming to Thailand will allow you to participate in training camps with other Europeans!
There is a nice place in Koh Phi Phi where you can fight a friend or another person against a bucket, it’s quite exhilarating, you can see girls and boys fighting among friends!
You will find training camps all over, Chiang Mai, Koh Phangan, Koh Phi Phi, Bangkok, etc…

– Go to Koh Phi Phi, you might ask why? Have you ever seen the movie “THE BEACH” and heard of Maya Beach? In this paradisiacal place, you can go diving, watch a Thai boxing match, party, jump off a cliff, swim and snorkel, camp at Maya Beach and many other activities!
At the place where the Thai boxing matches are held, there is a food challenge to win, a meal tray with a 3-layer burger and tons of fries! The whole point is to eat it in 30 minutes, easier to watch than to do!
